Hi, I’m Hannah!
COACH. EDUCATOR. LIFELONG LEARNER.
I'm Hannah England, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), educator, wife, mom, and someone who believes there's so much value in discovering who you are and what you're called to do.
I've always been passionate about helping people recognize their potential, discover their strengths, and grow into who they want to become.
Throughout my career in education and coaching, I've had the opportunity to walk alongside people in many different seasons of life. I've worked with students navigating challenges, educators growing in their careers, and individuals trying to figure out what comes next.
One thing I've learned along the way is that you don't need to have everything figured out to start moving forward.
And sometimes, having someone in your corner who will listen, ask thoughtful questions, and challenge you to think differently can make all the difference.
I believe there's something powerful about giving people the space to pause and really think about their lives.
So often, we're surrounded by expectations. What we should do. Who we should become. Where we should be by a certain age.
And somewhere in the middle of all those expectations, it can be difficult to hear our own voice.
That's one of the things I love most about coaching.
Coaching isn't about me having all the answers or telling you what direction to take. It's about creating a space where you can discover those answers for yourself.
A space to explore your values, recognize your strengths, challenge limiting beliefs, and consider possibilities you may not have seen before.
I don't believe everyone needs to follow the same path or timeline. I believe meaningful growth begins with understanding what matters to you and having the confidence to take your next right steps.
Why Coaching?
A Little About My Background
My professional journey began in education, where I spent several years as a classroom teacher before moving into instructional coaching, leadership, and higher education.
Today, I serve as a Director of Academic Coaching in higher education, supporting the development of coaching services and working to help students navigate challenges and pursue their goals.
I'm also pursuing my PhD in Learning, Design, and Technology at the University of Georgia, where my research focuses on academic coaching and the development of coaches.
Along the way, I've earned my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
My experiences have shaped how I approach coaching: with curiosity, encouragement, a genuine belief in people's capabilities, and a commitment to helping others discover their own direction.
A few of my professional credentials:
Professional Certified Coach (PCC), International Coaching Federation
Director of Academic Coaching in Higher Education
Doctoral Student, Learning, Design, and Technology — University of Georgia
Master of Education, Educational Psychology
Background in Teaching, Instructional Coaching, and Educational Leadership
Outside of my professional work, my favorite roles are being a wife and mom.
Family is at the heart of my life, and I know firsthand that life brings different seasons, changing priorities, unexpected challenges, and opportunities for growth.
I'm a lifelong learner, a creative at heart, and someone who genuinely enjoys meaningful conversations and helping others see new possibilities.
I don't have everything figured out either. I'm continually learning, growing, and discovering what it means to live intentionally in the season I'm in.
And I think that's part of what makes this work so meaningful to me.
